Within Chinachem Group, we’re acutely aware of the opportunities which innovation and technology offer in our collective combat against climate change.  CCG Accel, an initiative started in 2021 in conjunction with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, is a programme designed specifically to nurture and prove proptech ideas and innovations in the real world.  And a number of pilot-to-mass programmes are today running in our properties, with the 2022 cohort being targeted specifically in the field of property services.
