How you will developYou will start the eight-week internship with a specially designed orientation programme that will walk you through our business strategies, brand image and vision.
You will be assigned to a designated department. Supported by highly motivated managers, you will be encouraged to share your ideas and contribute to real-world projects. Your line manager will be there to help you to be the best you can be.
You will receive a host of soft skills trainings (i.e., business presentation and effective communications) and be able to build your skills. You will also attend exclusive sharing sessions delivered by our management and young managers to learn from their success stories and best practice.
Over the course of the programme, you will enjoy ample teambuilding opportunities to build network, both professional and personal, with peers from across the Group.
