Joined as Group Deputy CFO in March 2020, Ricky Tsang is a finance veteran who comes with over 30 years of experience gained from senior finance and management positions. He was previously an executive director and CFO at Hysan Development, responsible for managing all finance areas, including treasury and investment, as well as for setting appropriate asset enhancement and funding strategies. His exposure to the real estate was further widened at MTR where he was engaged in a core management team responsible for development, leasing and property services of the MTR property and station commercial portfolio. Ricky is a self-starter who plays a key role at Chinachem in enabling the finance system, process and staff to support the transformation and growth of our Group. He is also responsible for managing the Treasury and Investment teams.
